Firefly is the first derivatives exchange on Polkadot. We're building a community-governed protocol that provides traders a more transparent, performant and familiar experience. Firefly's technology stack enables leveraged perpetuals and options trading with on-chain settlement, removing all custodial and counterparty risk. The protocol governance can add trading pairs for any derivative in any asset class.

Overview of Initial Responsibilities

Implement Firefly Exchange v2 smart contracts and tests
Design and implement peripheral mechanisms to the Firefly protocol
Research & build the fastest L2 written in Rust

What you will need

2+ years of professional experience in software engineering
Ability to tackle the biggest challenge in Decentralized technology and learn new stacks & paradigms fast. We like our stack to be on the cutting edge ;)
Proficiency with JavaScript (preferably Typescript), React and Node.js
